La Sfattoria Degli Ultimi is working with a legal team to avoid having to kill over a hundred pigs and boars that call the sanctuary their homes.

The Italian government had ordered to kill the animal’s because of the outbreak of swine flu. However, they are not animals being raised for food -they’ve been rescued form that fate- and this legislation doesn’t apply to them 🙅‍♀️
