Disabled Goat Rescued from Prison Facility Finds Love

Neil and Elliot came from a serious case of cruelty and neglect, with around 90 goats. 😟

As no coincidence, all of the goats in this case ended up with CAE which is a degenerative disease – with arthritis being the main symptom. 😣

Neil already suffers with this at the young age of 2 and a half years old. 💔

When Neil and Elliot arrived at @littlewoodssanctuary were severely emaciated! With Neil’s arthritis symptoms being so severe, they opted for expensive treatment and injections to manage it for him. 💉

It was hard to see if Neil would improve at first, but not only is he better – Neil even runs, jumps, prances and plays with the other goats now! 🐐

His disease will run its course and become too much for him eventually, but for now – he gets the chance at a happy and fulfilling life. 🙏

Thanks so much to @littlewoodssanctuary for their amazing work, kindness and compassion for the animals. 💚
