NZ is applauded by countries all over the world for being the first nation to recognise all animals as sentient beings. However this sadly changes nothing for the animals, they still have no voice, no rights and not even a Minister for Animal Welfare. On the contrary, the NZ government still thinks live export is OK. On August 25th, 7300 cows are being shipped from NZ to China. They are heading to hell. This is the second shipment in just a few days. Activists all over NZ are protesting against live export.
