He used to be called BamBam but they are looking for a new name for his new life 💚🐏
“I was living in a caravan park in a pen all by myself. There were lots of humans there but I don’t think they liked me very much. Some of them would throw rubbish at me and some people thought it was fun to punch me in the head. It made me feel really afraid and sad.
When people came into my pen I didn’t know if they were going to be mean so I would run at them and head butt them to make them go away.
A few days ago I saw the kindest humans I’ve ever seen so I called out to them to ask if they wanted to be my friends. They came over to me and gave me pats and made me feel so loved.
I didn’t want them to leave me so I put on my biggest voice to ask them to stay with me and stamped my feet to tell them not to go! I think they understood me because they called the man who owned me.
He said I was headed to the freezer in a few days…I don’t know what that means but the kind people got very upset and asked if they could take me home with them instead. And the man said yes!
My new friends told me they had to go but promised they would come back for me and take me to a beautiful place where they would take care of me every day, where I would have loads of animal friends, plenty of food, as many pats as I liked and other nice humans like them who would all be my friends as well.
I dreamt all night about this magical place, wondering if it could possibly be real and if the humans would keep their promise. The very next morning I woke up and heard their gentle voices calling out to me…they’d come back to get me!!
The last 2 days I’ve been living with them at a place called a sanctuary where there are lots of other animals who have been rescued like me.
My new family have made me a cosy bed to sleep in and bring me all sorts of yummy food because they said I’m too skinny.
I’m so grateful that they were at the caravan park that day.❤️”
