Harriet was found abandoned on a farm, stuck in a small solitary cage full of mud and feces, after the farmer was sent to prison and there was no one there to care for her and 40 other pigs. 💔

Sage Mountain Sanctuary stepped in to care for and provide for these animals. They were able to rescue Harriet first and get her out of the situation just days before the rest of them unfortunately ended up being sold to another pig farmer. Now, she’s able to grow up in a safe, loving environment with her piglets! 🐷🐷🐷
