Fundraising For Our New Documentary on Live Transport
We’re launching a new campaign and short documentary dedicated entirely to the animals who endure the live transport system. These journeys happen out of sight and out of mind, and we need your help to bring them into the light! And every dollar you donate will be matched by a generous donor! So by donating $10, you are helping us get $20 toward our goal!
Every year, billions of sentient animals, including cows, pigs, sheep, chickens, and more, are loaded onto trucks and ships and transported across long distances to slaughter or export. They are crowded together in cramped crates and trailers, often for hours or days at a time. They endure extreme heat and cold, and are often denied adequate food, water, and rest. Many are injured, trampled, or crushed. Some don’t survive the trip at all. They’re aware. They’re frightened. They’re suffering in an unfamiliar place, with no idea what comes next. And what comes next is usually a terrifying and violent death at a slaughterhouse.
It doesn’t have to be this way.
Most people simply haven’t been given the full picture of what these animals go through on the road and at sea. When they are, they care. That’s exactly why we’re launching our new live transport resource hub and documentary.
Here’s what we’re building:
- A curated resource hub designed to inform audiences about the realities of the live animal transport industry through educational articles, engaging videos, and helpful tools to choose vegan-friendly foods that don’t come at the cost of an animal’s suffering
- An exclusive documentary aimed at moving people toward compassionate food choices by exploring the lives of the animals caught in the transport system, as well as the cruel conditions they endure before being consumed
We’re raising $10,000 to bring this documentary to life, and right now every dollar of your generous donation is being matched, so your gift goes twice as far.
Our life-saving work would not be possible without your support. Please, be a voice for vulnerable animals, and join us in our mission to create a more compassionate world!
Why This Matters
Billions of sentient animals endure fear, injury, and exhaustion in the live transport system every year before facing painful deaths within our food system. Our resource hub and documentary aim to bring these cruel conditions to the forefront, increasing awareness and inspiring change.
Double Your Impact
Thanks to a generous donor, every dollar you contribute toward this documentary will be matched, doubling the impact of your donation. This is a pivotal chance to make your support go even further.
